Howard C. Costley, 87, of Mount Vernon, passed away at 1:15 P.M., Wednesday, September 9, at Veterans Home in Quincy. In honor of his wishes, he was cremated and a Graveside Remembrance Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 10, at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Woodlawn. Burial of ashes will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Woodlawn.
