(O’Fallon, IL) — Illinois State Police troopers are investigating a deadly accident involving pedestrians and a school bus. O’Fallon Police say a man and a woman were hit by a bus near the corner of Highway 50 and State Highway 158 yesterday afternoon. Both were taken to St. Louis University Hospital, where the woman died. The man is still recovering from his injuries. Children were on the bus at the time, but none of them were hurt.
