(Sauget, IL) — A St. Louis man is being accused of shooting a man to death at a southern Illinois convenience store over spilled beer. Lamarc Garrett has been charged with murder. The charges were handed down after Oscar Carbajal was shot early Saturday morning at Route Three Fuel and Liquor in Sauget. Police say the victim was shot after another man dropped a beer and sprayed foam on the gunman’s shoe.
