Patricia Ray Nape, 70, of Kell, passed away at 9:20 a.m. Saturday, August 29, 2015, at her home.

She was born October 5, 1944, in Blue Island, Illinois, the daughter of Emil and Nancy (McIntosh) Mentz. On July 30, 1963, in Oaklawn, Illinois, she married Leo Nape, and he survives in Kell.

In addition to her husband of 52 years, Leo Knape of Kell, she is survived by one son, James Nape and wife Denise of Lockport, Illinois; one daughter, Shari Replogle and husband Dave of Poplar Grove, Illinois; four grandchildren, Matt Nape, Rebecca Wolniakowski, Lauren Nape, and Joshua Nape; one sister, Betz Zamtuck and husband Larry of Glasgow, Kentucky; and one “brother,” Joseph Cipolla and wife Helen of Michigan; 34 nieces and nephews; and special friend, Lisa Stramacchia.
