(East St. Louis, IL) — An East St. Louis man is facing federal child sex trafficking charges. Prosecutors say Michael “Daddy Tru” Johnson was indicted yesterday. He’s accused of taking part in the prostitution of at least two minors between January 2010 and July 2013. The case is being investigated by the FBI and the agency’s Child Exploitation Task Force.
