(Williamson County, IL) — A former southern Illinois band director accused of taking inappropriate pictures with his cell phone will have his day in court this morning. Police arrested Todd Norrington in June 2014. Detectives say he took photos while looking up a teen’s shorts at the Carbondale Goodwill Store. Norrington quit his job as Carterville’s band director after his arrest. His jury trial starts at 9 a.m.
