(Springfield, IL) — People won’t be able to buy Confederate flags at this year’s Illinois State Fair. “The State Journal-Register” reports the Illinois Department of Agriculture isn’t going to allow vendors to sell flag merchandise. The move was made in response to concerns over similar merchandise being sold in the past.
