(Clinton County, IL) — The body of a fisherman who was missing in Carlyle Lake since Tuesday has been recovered. Clinton County sheriff’s deputies did not release the name of the 55-year-old man. He did not return home from a fishing trip. The man’s body was found on the shore of the lake yesterday afternoon.
