(St. Clair County, IL) — Two people are dead and two others are hurt after three cars crashed in St. Clair County. State Police say a car was traveling north Wednesday morning on Highway 159 when it crossed over and hit two cars traveling southbound at Mulligan Road. Two of the drivers were killed while two passengers were taken to the hospital. The accident remains under investigation.
