Man Sentenced To 15 Years For Home Invasion

(Effingham, IL) — An Effingham man convicted of breaking into a home more than two years ago has been sentenced to 15 years in prison. Prosecutors say Christopher Miller violated his probation when invaded a local home in March of 2013. He has also been ordered to pay close to three thousand dollars in restitution. Miller was found guilty last month of home invasion and residential burglary.
