Carol Ann Chapman, 72, of Centralia, passed away at 5:15 A.M., Saturday, May 30, at her home in Centralia. Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, June 4, at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, with Mr. Russell Reaney officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens in Woodlawn.
