(Clayton, MO) — The case of a St. Louis man accused of killing a SIUE student will be heard before a grand jury. A judge set a preliminary hearing date of June 29th yesterday for Michael Gordon. The 24-year-old is charged with murder in the death of Taylor Clark of St. Jacob. Authorities say the two met at the MTC trucking Center in Hazelwood, Missouri earlier this month after Gordon contacted Clark about a car he was selling on Craigslist. Police believe Gordon, who is an employee of the facility, shot Clark and hid his body nearby. Clark and the car he was attempting to sell were both discovered the next day.
