(CARBONDALE, IL) — The Williamson County State’s Attorney’s office has formally charged three people involved in an incident where police executed a warrant at a home in the 400 block of East Marion Street Monday afternoon. Officials told the Southern Illinoisan that 26-year-old Travis Boley and 42-year-old Anita L. Argento – both of Marion – were charged with multiple counts of selling heroin within 1,000 feet of Washington Elementary School during this month. They were also charged with intent to deliver cocaine and heroin as a result of evidence found during the execution of a search warrant. Boley was also charged with unlawful use of a weapon by a felon. If convicted, they could face up to six to 30 years in prison and pay a $500,000 fine. Thirty-seven-year-old Paul A. Kerrigan was also charged. He’s accused of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. If convicted, he could spend up to four years in prison. All three made their first court appearance Wednesday in Williamson County. They are lodged in the Williamson County Jail in lieu of bond.
