Mildred L. Scrivner, 94, of Mount Vernon, passed away at 11:25 A.M., Wednesday, April 15, at White Oak Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Mount Vernon. There will be no Visitation. Those wishing to attend should gather for the Graveside Service to be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 18, at Oakwood Cemetery in Mount Vernon, with Reverend David Shores officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Mount Vernon.
