(Harrisburg, IL) — Three people are accused of pocketing money from a southern Illinois domestic violence shelter. Anna Bixby Women’s Center Director Barbara Wingo is accused of falsifying records and stealing funds. She has been released on 50-thousand dollars bond. Wingo’s daughter and the Harrisburg shelter’s assistant director Terrie Wingo-Eichorn was also charged with fraud, but has yet to be booked. The facilities bookkeeper Amanda Pritchett took a plea deal on Monday for sending herself extra paychecks.
