Senior Health Care Management owns Midwest Rehab and Respiratory Center in Belleville. That’s where Juanita Simmons was found dead in a wheelchair. While her death is under investigation, Senior Health Care owns 12 other low ranking nursing homes. Nine of the facilities received one out of five stars from Medicare.
