(Belleville, IL) — A Belleville man is charged with threatening to blow up a trailer home during a confrontation with police. James Dobbs was arrested when police came to the home on Arapaho Drive Saturday to check out reports a woman had returned to the trailer park after being barred. They say there was a natural gas leak, and that Dobbs waved around a lighter while arguing with officers. The complex had to be evacuated.
