(East St. Louis, IL) — There’s some good news for people that live in East St. Louis. Mayor Alvin Parks says 400 new jobs are coming to the city over the next two years. He adds that three stores are soon to open and a solar farm and and medical marijuana plant are being built downtown and near the riverfront.
