(Belleville, IL) — A 19-year-old Metro East woman has been accused of beating and kidnapping an elderly man in Belleville. St. Clair County authorities say they have arrested Brittany Davis and have another person in custody for questioning. Cops say the attack and abduction happened Saturday night near Shiloh, Illinois.
