(Hartford, IL) — A Metro East woman is accused of pocketing money that was meant to help grade school kids and their parents. Hartford Police say Candi Eyer was arrested after she stole close to 14-hundred dollars from the Parents Club account. Cops add that she was able to keep the crime a secret because she was the president of the club and had sole access to the fund.
