(East St. Louis, IL) — A drug mule is headed to prison for more than four years. Rodolpho Hernandez Flores was sentenced to 50 months today in an East St. Louis courtroom. He was stopped on I-55 by an Illinois State Trooper with about eleven pounds of heroin in a hidden compartment of his truck back in April. Police say he was taking the drugs to Ohio.
