SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Il. (AP) — Workers in a key Air Mobility Command unit at Scott Air Force Base will meet in gender-specific focus groups to discuss sexual harassment after three employees accused a female supervisor of misconduct. The Belleville News-Democrat reports that a previous workplace survey found low morale in the Directorate of Air, Space and Information Operations. Former branch chief Mary K. Reid was fired in October after a commander-directed investigation substantiated allegations she sexually harassed three female employees. Reid, who denies the allegations and is fighting to reclaim her job, also faces a misdemeanor battery charge in St. Clair County filed by one of the alleged victims. The separate interviews of men and women began Monday and will continue through the week.
