(East St. Louis, IL) — A former Metro East high school security guard is battling to get his job back after he was cleared of a sexual assault charge. Isaac Turner, who once worked at East St. Louis Senior High School, was acquitted early this month during a bench trial. The student accused him of taking her from school to a bar that he owned. But evidence showed that Turner never owned a bar and the date fell on a Sunday when school was closed and there were no activities on the campus.
