Police Question Suspects In Harrisburg Park Vandalism

(Harrisburg, IL) — Harrisburg Police say they have suspects in custody accused of vandalizing a community park to the tune of about five thousand dollars. Park officials say the damage happened sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning. Cops say the culprits spray-painted the baseball diamond and the put graffiti on the dugout and new concession stand. The vandals also hit the soda machine and destroyed new light fixtures. Park leaders plan to press charges.
