(BENTON, IL) — On Friday, 49 year old Lori A. Helmer, 49, of Pinckneyville, Illinois, was sentenced on a methamphetamine offense. Helmer, who had previously pled guilty to a one-count indictment charging conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, was sentenced to 87 months in federal prison, to be followed by 3 years of supervised release, and fined $200.
