Rauner Slams Quinn For Marijuana ‘Mess’

(Chicago, IL) — Nearly three months after he won the election, Governor Bruce Rauner continues to slam his opponent when asked about his solutions for state problems. During a groundbreaking today in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood, Rauner said Quinn made a mess of the state’s medical marijuana program, then ran away from it. Rauner has ordered a review of the license application process that Quinn chose not to complete by granting licenses in his final days in office. Rauner promised that he’ll reveal what his review of the licensing process found “in the coming days.”
