What’s for dinner?

What’s for dinner? If you’re like me you’re usually always hungry and thinking about what’s for dinner. What do you like to eat?

I often joke with my friends that I’m a fishatarian. I’ve never been a big meat eater, but as of late I rarely ever have any kind of red meat or chicken. I definitely can’t consider myself a vegetarian because I do enjoy many dairy products, and fish. My love for fish has really saved me from feeling stumped on what to eat for dinner. I cannot tell you how many nights I eat salmon! Now, with that being said, there’s only so much fish a girl can eat. I’ve been searching on Pinterest for vegetarian type meals that’ll help me mix it up a bit! I found these two: Fried Pineapple Rice and Teriyaki Peanut Tofo Stir Fry.

Tonight I think I’m going to try the Pineapple Fried Rice, but I’m going to leave out the ham. Do you have a good “meatless” meal that’s tasty? If so, please let me know!
