(East St. Louis, IL) — “Neighborhoodscout.com” has released its ‘100 most dangerous cities’ list for 2014 and East St. Louis is topping the list. The research is based on the number of violent crimes and the population of each city. East St. Louis was followed by Flint, Michigan; Camden, New Jersey; West Memphis, Arkansas; and Saginaw, Michigan.
