(East St. Louis, IL) — East St. Louis police are trying to solve their first murder of 2015. Cops say 46-year-old Stephan Mosley was fatally shot Tuesday afternoon in the 700 block of North 69th Street. Authorities are looking for 43-year-old Norman Travis Jr. as a person of interest.
