(East St. Louis, IL) — A Waterloo drug dealer is headed to prison for nearly six years. Shawn Buckley was sentenced earlier this month to 70 months for distribution of meth. He’d pleaded guilty to the charges in August. After he gets out of prison, Buckley will also have to serve four years of supervised release.
