I’m a huge fish eater, and I’m always trying to find different ways to mix it up. Yesterday I decided to try out some Honey Salmon. The results were incredible! I seriously can’t wait to try it again.

Honey Salmon
Prep Time 10 Minutes
Cook Time 15-20 Minutes

¼ cup honey
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of parsley flakes
Kosher salt and black pepper

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, garlic, olive oil, white vinegar, parsley flakes, and salt and pepper.
Place the salmon onto prepared baking sheet, and fold up all four sides of the foil. Spoon the honey mixture over the salmon, covering completely and sealing the packet closed.

Place into the oven and bake until cooked through which should take about 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees.
