Willie Geraldine Bryant, 94, of Dix, Passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2020, at Mt. Vernon Countryside Manor.

She was born on October 5, 1925, in Wagoner, OK, the daughter of William Felix Robertson and Clara (Robertson) Dowell.

On her birthday in 1941, she married Phoy E. Bryant, and he preceded her in death on December 5, 1998.

Gerry was a cosmetologist and homemaker. She operated a beauty shop in her home and was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Temple.

She is survived by three children : Tom Bryant and wife Carolyn of Lincoln, IL, Diana Riley of Marion, IL, and Pat Eveland and husband Glen of Holmen, WI. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: John Eveland and wife Donna of Corazal, Belize, Jeff Eveland and wife Paulette of Sugarland TX., Eric Bryant and wife Sara of Dwight IL., Caryn Bane and husband Corey of Martinsberg, WV., Carla Ralstin and husband Randy of Reno, NV., Jim Riley and wife Pam of Marion, IL., and Tim Riley and wife Sherri of Mulkeytown, IL., twenty-one great grandchildren : Nathaniel Eveland, Amaris Eveland, Elizabeth, Ellie, Brenna, Ian, and Calli Riley, Abby Amoros and husband Caleb, Carmen and Joe Basso, Caitlyn Bane, Christa Ferrier and husband Andrew, Alissa Bryant, Janna Bryant, Thomas Bryant, Rachelle Ralstin, Nathan Ralstin, Larissa Ralstin, Kaleb and Julie Riley, Tyler Riley and Emilee Riley and 1 great great grandchild, Joseph Basso. Mrs. Bryant is also survived by two brothers; Bob Dowell and wife Margie of Vandalia, IL., and Alan Robertson of Wagoner OK., two sister Bette Scott of Brownstown, IL., and Janie Robertson of Wagoner, OK.

In addition to her husband she was also preceded by her parents, a great grandson, Shane Eveland, three brothers, Jerry Lee, J.W. and Leo Robertson one sister Sue Feezel.

Funeral services will be Tuesday January 7, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at the Osborn Funeral Home in Dix.  Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
