CARMI, IL — A 23-year-old Carmi man was taken into custody Saturday on a meth possession charge.

In a release from Carmi Police, 23-year-old Anthony W. Parrish of Carmi was taken into custody on a Wabash County warrant, and is facing additional charges for possession of meth and running from police.

Parrish was taken to the White County Jail.
