CARMI — A Carmi woman is facing additional charges after Carmi Police arrested her around 10:30 Saturday night on an Edwards County warrant for failure to appear on a DUI case.
Police say 21-year-old Neola D. Wilson was found at 609 N. 6th Street. She was uncooperative at the scene but eventually was calmed and taken to the White County Jail.
When Wilson arrived at the jail, she became combative and as a result was additionally charged with felony resisting a peace officer/corrections officer with injury. Wilson was held at the jail without bond.
