John Wesley “Wes” Clemens, 67, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 11:53 P.M., May 18, 2019 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon.

FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, May 24, 2019at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, with Reverend Bill Degenhart officiating.

Burial will follow at Mount Vernon Memorial Garden in Woodlawn.
