CARMI — Two Carmi women are facing drug charges following a traffic stop by Carmi Police in the 900 block of Stewart Street early Wednesday morning.
Carmi Police say 39-year-old Angela G. Starnes and 24-year-old Billie Jean Voliva were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and controlled substance trafficking.
Both were taken to the White County Jail.
A Carmi man was arrested Tuesday night by Carmi Police on several outstanding White County warrants and additionally charged with possession of meth, possession of cannabis less than 10 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police say 29-year-old Robert Anthony Belka was arrested at Pundrakes Grocery on 5th Street in Carmi. He was taken to the White County Jail.
