FRANKLIN COUNTY — Franklin County Sheriff David Bartoni says the following arrests were made this week.

Around 2:10 Monday morning, 25-year-old Zachary B.A. Hines of West Frankfort was arrested for driving while license suspended and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He was taken to the Franklin County Jail where he later posted bond.

Thirty-six-year-old Burton O. Grimes of Christopher was arrested around 1:50 Wednesday morning for driving under the influence. He was taken to the Franklin County Jail where he later posted bond.

Forty-two-year-old Kelly L. Paris of West Frankfort was arrested around 6:40 Wednesday evening for domestic battery. She is being held in the Franklin County Jail pending the setting of bond by the State’s Attorney’s office.

And 43-year-old Mark A. Heusner and Tammy A. Heusner, both of Thompsonville, were arrested for domestic battery around 8:40 Wednesday night. Both are being held in the Franklin County Jail pending the setting of bond by the State’s Attorney’s office.
